If that sounds like you, then don't miss this full-time, direct-hire role with great benefits and lots of employee perks!Responsibilities of the Leave & Benefits Specialist Administer employee leaves of absence and accommodation requests File workers' compensation claims Administer benefits programs Conduct new hire benefit orientations and training programs Maintain clear communication with employees and managers Establish strong relationships with third-party vendors Process transactions in HRIS Create reports Ensure regulatory compliance Perform other tasks and special projects as required Qualifications of the Leave & Benefits Specialist Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience in benefit and leave administration HRIS system experience required, ADP Workforce Now experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks, manage strict deadlines, and remain flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment We look forward to hearing from you about this Leave & Benefits Specialist opportunity!Please share your resume in confidence to email protected , call (603) 766-4909, or apply online at www.
