As a T-LPN at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to travel to different locations and provide essential nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments according to physicians ordersMonitor patients conditions and report changes to the registered nurse or physicianAssist with the development and implementation of patient care plansProvide basic nursing care, such as wound dressing, catheter care, and vital signs monitoringAssist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eatingDocument patient information accurately and efficientlyCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient careEducate patients and their families about their conditions and self-care techniquesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAdhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelinesRequirementsActive and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practiceGraduation from an accredited practical nursing programMinimum of 2 years of recent experience as an LPNProficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentationKnowledge of nursing principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and empathetic attitude towards patientsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a team environmentFlexibility to travel to different locations as requiredBLS certification (Basic Life Support) is requiredBenefitsBelow is the job details; Hampton, New HampshireClass/ T-LPN/LPNPay $1,520 - $1,760 weekly base on experienceSign On $200 one time payment(on 2nd paycheck)Desired Start ASAPLength of 9 weeksHours per 40Shift, Days and 3 shifts, 10:
