Summary:
Provide direct customer support of order flow in the warehouse through administrative support and direct customer interaction.
As a client relations specialist, you are the primary point of contact between SVT and our customers.
Essential Duties:
Acts as direct point of contact between warehouse order flow and warehouse operations as a conduit to ensure timely execution of receiving and shipping request.
Provides a high level of customer service support.
Responds to all inquiries, questions and concerns expressed by the customer.
Provides timely responses to all customer voice mails and emails within one hour of receipt with acknowledgment.
Provides problem resolution with a take charge process of the issue and follows it through to a resolution with escalation to management as needed to support customer satisfaction.
Verifies all shipments and receipts planned for day prior have been systemically confirmed in the WMS when completed.
Tracks work in process, (WIP), and reports to management of status of orders and deliveries throughout the day.
Ensures all order and delivery paperwork is accounted for.
Follows up with warehouse floor personnel to retrieve any missing paperwork.
Applies and audits all necessary charges to orders and receipts.
Checks for and enters as needed all new order requests sent by customers.
Checks for and enters as needed all new receipt notices by customers.
Manages need date vs requested pull date.
Quickly communicates any inventory concerns.
Maintains carrier scheduling appointment log.
Generates service reports for customers adhering to the metric and service level demands of the customer.
Supports and maintains strategic partnerships with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
Periodically contacts the customer and inquires as to whether they have unaddressed needs.
Participates and provides reporting for customer management's monthly or quarterly business reviews.
Notifies General Manager when activities require escalation or are not in line with the scope of the customer's contract.
Qualifications:
-Minimum Required Education:
High School Diploma -Minimum Required
Experience:
3 years as a client relations specialist or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Desirable Education/Experience -3-5 years of Administrative Customer Service job related experience Job Type:
